One platform for everything that happens before, during, and after the show.
B2Brain is the Event Intelligence Platform for B2B revenue teams - a single workflow that covers pre-event briefings, on-the-floor capture and booking, and post-event attribution. Integrated with Salesforce and Hubspot. Native iOS. Web. Offline-ready.

Three motions.
One shared intelligence layer.
Most teams stitch together a CRM, a badge scanner, a phone camera, Slack or WhatsApp, a calendar tool, and a spreadsheet. We collapsed that stack into one workflow built around the only metric that matters at events: "meetings booked".
Pre-event intelligence
Pull every open opportunity and target account that's attending, build per-rep briefings, and walk in with a list, not a blank notebook.
Capture & commit
Click a badge. Capture the conversation notes by voice. Send a calendar invite to the prospect and the right AE, before the prospect leaves your booth.
Pipeline & proof
Every lead, note, and meeting syncs to your CRM with full event attribution. The morning-after report lands in your CMO's inbox.
Walk in with a target list. Not a blank notebook.
Six weeks out, the conference releases its attendee list and your team has no idea what to do with it. By Monday, half the booth team is still asking who's coming, which accounts are hot, and what they should pitch.
B2Brain connects every open opportunity, target account, and named contact attending the show - straight from your Salesforce or HubSpot - and builds a per-rep briefing. Your reps land at the show knowing exactly who to look for, what they bought last quarter, and which deal it ties to.
Attendee enrichment
Match the show's attendee list against your CRM and ICP firmographics. Surface who's in your pipeline, who's net-new, and who's a competitor's account you should poach.
Per-rep target lists
Each rep gets their own day-by-day brief, sorted by territory and deal stage. Built once by RevOps, distributed automatically.
Show playbooks
Pre-loaded buyer archetypes and outreach scripts for IMTS, FABTECH, MODEX, DISTRIBUTECH, and 50+ other major B2B shows.
"We used to walk into shows hoping to get lucky. Now we walk in with a 30-account hit list and a script for each."

Capture, qualify, and book - in under five seconds.
The booth is chaos. Twelve conversations, four reps, no time to type. Your old badge scanner saves a contact and dies. Photos of business cards never leave someone's phone. Half the leads from day one are already cold by Friday.
B2Brain runs in the rep's hand. Tap a badge, the contact appears. Hit record, leave a 20-second voice note about the conversation. One more tap fires a calendar invite to the prospect and round-robins the AE who owns that territory — before the prospect leaves the booth.
Offline-first iOS app
Conference Wi-Fi will fail. We assume it. The B2Brain iOS app captures, voice-records, and queues every conversation locally — then syncs the moment connectivity returns. No lost leads. No app crash on the busiest day of the show.
Sub-5-second scan-to-note
The median capture time across 12,400 booth scans last quarter was 4.2 seconds. Reps don't lose 20 minutes on data entry. They don't even lose 20 seconds.
Dual calendar invite
Both the prospect and the assigned AE get a calendar block — booked from the floor, routed by territory or named-account, with conference room or video link attached.
AE round-robin & territory routing
Don't book a Texas oil-and-gas deal onto a New York generalist. B2Brain routes booked meetings to the AE who owns that account, territory, or vertical — and keeps the booth rep credited as the source.
"The invite hits their inbox while they're still walking to the next booth. That's the moment they say yes — not on Friday from a generic outreach email."
A meeting booked with a qualified prospect face to face, converts at 3-5X the rate of a meeting requested via email the week after a show. This one insight changed how we thought about events.
The morning-after report your CMO actually asks for.
Monday after the show, the CMO sends the same email they always send: "How did it go?" If your answer is a deck full of vanity metrics — booth visits, swag handed out, business cards collected — you've already lost the renewal conversation.
B2Brain delivers a single auto-generated report the next morning: leads → meetings → opportunities → revenue, mapped per show, per rep, per vertical. This is the artefact that turns "did this show work?" into "which shows should we double down on?" — and it's what makes your champion fight to keep the budget at renewal.

Pipeline attribution
Every opportunity created from an event is tagged with the show, booth rep, and original conversation. Survives the CFO question.
Show-over-show memory
When the same buyer shows up at the next event, the rep walks in with last year's conversation already in their hand.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between B2Brain and a CRM?
A CRM stores records. B2Brain books meetings. We sit between badge scanners and your CRM and own the 30-second window between a booth conversation and a calendar invite. Once a meeting is booked, every lead, contact, opportunity, note, and meeting record syncs into Salesforce or HubSpot natively — your CRM remains the system of record.
What's the difference between B2Brain and a Badge Scanner?
A badge scanner is a $600 contact list per device, per event. B2Brain is the Event Intelligence Platform — pre-event briefings, on-the-spot meeting booking, AE routing, post-event LTM dashboard. The badge scan is one tap inside our app, not the entire product.
Does the iOS app work without conference Wi-Fi?
Yes. The iOS app is offline-first. Every badge scan, voice note, and meeting booking is queued locally and syncs the moment connectivity returns — there's no spinner, no "save failed" dialog at the booth. We assume the conference network will fail. It's the most common failure mode our customers had with prior tools.
How does AE routing work?
You configure routing rules once — by territory, vertical, named-account, or round-robin. When a booth rep books a meeting, B2Brain assigns the right AE based on those rules, sends both calendars an invite, and credits the booth rep as the source. The AE walks into the meeting already briefed.
How much does B2Brain cost?
B2Brain offers three pricing models.
Per-event Show Pass starts from $200 per user per event with no annual commitment, designed for teams attending 3–5 shows a year.
Platform subscriptions start around $10,000 per year and are designed for revenue teams running 8+ events annually with multi-vertical needs and full LTM attribution.
Small Team Annual subscriptions are $1500 annual per user for unlimited events.
Can I book meetings directly from a badge scan?
Yes. After scanning a badge and capturing notes, the rep taps once to send a dual calendar invite to both the prospect and the correct AE - routed by territory, vertical, or named-account assignment. The prospect receives the invite before leaving the booth.
How fast can we deploy B2Brain before our next show?
Most teams are live within 2 hours. Reps download the iOS app, sign in via OTP, Google, or Microsoft, and the CRM integration is configured in a single onboarding session. No RevOps engineering is required for standard Salesforce or HubSpot connections.
What does LTM Dashboard actually measure?
LTM = Meetings Booked ÷ Qualified Booth Leads.
It's the share of qualified booth conversations that turned into a real follow-up meeting. The dashboard breaks it down by event, by rep, by territory, and by vertical — and ties each booked meeting to the resulting opportunity and revenue in your CRM, so you can answer "did this show work?" with a number, not a deck.
