B2Brain was born from a moment of frustration and a leap of faith. In early 2024, co-founders Sridhar and Karthik found their original product, an account intelligence tool, struggling in an increasingly crowded market.

On a whim, Sridhar flew to Atlanta and walked the MODEX expo, one of the largest supply chain and logistics tradeshows in North America. What he found changed everything: thousands of exhibitors investing heavily in face-to-face conversations, yet sending broken, fragmented, and incomplete data back into their systems after every show.

That insight sparked a clear mission. B2Brain set out to transform the way companies generate pipeline from events, starting with how they capture, understand, and act on the leads they meet at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

What began as a simple mobile interface for scanning badges and surfacing real-time account research evolved quickly, guided by customer feedback, into a full workflow platform.
