What counts as one "event"?
Any single trade show, conference, or field event — typically spanning 1–3 days. Your B2Brain access covers the full pre-event prep window, the live event days, and post-event follow-up for that show.
Can different team members pay at different tiers?
Yes. Some reps may choose the annual plan while occasional attendees pay per event. The company calendar plan can also cover a defined set of users at each event, regardless of what others on the team are doing.
What's included in the free trial?
Full platform access for up to 3 users at a single event — the complete pre-event intelligence, live meeting capture, CRM sync, and post-event follow-up flow. No sandbox, no limited feature set. The goal is a real result at a real show.
How does the calendar plan pricing get calculated?
We look at your events calendar — number of shows, typical team size at each — and build a per-event rate that includes a volume discount. The more events and users you commit to, the lower the per-event cost.
Is the annual plan $1,500 per user regardless of how many events?
Yes — the annual plan gives a single user unlimited event access throughout the year at $1,500. If you attend 10+ events per year, this works out to $150 or less per event. The break-even vs. pay-per-event pricing is around 8–10 events per year.
